Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By accessing Claude Code Masterclass websites, purchasing a membership, or using course materials, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Claude Code Masterclass provides educational content, membership access, downloads, and related materials about Claude Code and AI-assisted development. Features, modules, and delivery formats may evolve as the product and Claude Code itself change.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Access is personal to you unless a plan expressly allows team seats. Sharing accounts, reselling access, or redistributing paid materials is prohibited.

4. License to materials

Membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use course content for your own learning and professional work. You may not copy, publish, scrape, or redistribute course videos, prompts, templates, or downloads as a competing product or public archive.

5. Payments

Purchases are processed by third-party checkout providers (such as Gumroad). Prices, taxes, and available tiers are shown at checkout. Founding and standard plans may differ in price or early benefits, but all members receive access to the Masterclass product under their purchased plan.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or use materials for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. No professional warranty

Content is for education. Software tools change quickly. We do not warrant that every technique will work unchanged in every environment, or that results in your projects will match examples. The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claude Code Masterclass and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the membership giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes may also be noted on the site or by email.
