Refund Policy
Last updated: July 30, 2026
We want purchasing Claude Code Masterclass to feel fair. Digital education products are delivered immediately, so this policy follows common software and online-course norms.
14-day satisfaction window
If you buy a new membership and decide it is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not extensively downloaded or redistributed course materials in bad faith.
How to request a refund
Email support using the address on your Gumroad receipt (or the contact method listed on claudecodemasterclass.com). Include: purchase email, order ID, and a short reason. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
After a refund is approved
Access to the members area and downloads will be revoked. Refunds are returned to the original payment method through the checkout provider and can take several business days to appear.
When refunds may be declined
- Requests made after the 14-day window
- Chargebacks opened without contacting us first
- Evidence of account sharing, content piracy, or Terms of Use violations
- Repeat purchase-and-refund patterns
Partial / plan changes
Upgrades between tiers (for example founding to another plan) are handled case-by-case. We generally do not issue partial refunds for unused modules once the satisfaction window has passed, because digital access is granted up front.
Technical issues
If you cannot access content you paid for, contact us before requesting a refund. Most access problems are fixed quickly once we verify your purchase email.
This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable consumer law in your country.
