Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Claude Code Masterclass collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our website, membership area, and related services.

1. Who we are

Claude Code Masterclass is operated by Joe Njenga / Claude Code Masterclass. For privacy questions, use the Contact page on this site or reply to your purchase receipt email.

2. Information we collect

• Account details: name, email, and login credentials when you create a member account.
• Purchase data: order ID, product purchased, and payment status from our checkout provider (for example Gumroad). We do not store full card numbers on this site.
• Support messages: whatever you send through the contact form or email.
• Usage data: pages visited, device/browser type, approximate location from IP, and progress inside the members area if tracking is enabled.
• Cookies and similar tech: session cookies for login, and optional analytics cookies if we enable them.

3. How we use information

• Deliver course access, downloads, and updates you paid for
• Process purchases and prevent fraud or account sharing abuse
• Answer support requests and improve the product
• Send transactional email (receipts, access, important course notices)
• Send optional marketing only if you opted in (for example newsletter signup)

4. Sharing

We share data with service providers who help run the business — payment/checkout (e.g. Gumroad), hosting, email delivery, and analytics if used. They process data on our behalf and should not use it for their own marketing. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Retention

We keep account and purchase records as long as needed to provide access, meet legal/accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. Support messages are kept long enough to handle your request. You can ask us to delete account data where we are not required to keep it.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect member data. No online service is perfectly secure; protect your password and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Your choices

• Update account email/password from your member login where available
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages
• Request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law

8. Children

The service is aimed at adults and professional developers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

9. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. By using the service, you understand that data may be transferred and stored where our processors operate, with appropriate safeguards where required.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
